Dota 2 update adds new hero, enables team creation

Dota 2's latest update gives players access to the game's newest hero, Magnus, as well as team creation and approximately 150 new items.

Magnus the Magnataur specializes in melee combat and can craft powerful team attacks with his Reverse Polarity ability. While opponents are struck with a heavy stun, Magnus' team can swoop in with a coordinated attack.

The Team System, the game's method of team creation, allows groups of five players to compete in practice lobbies and competitive, tournament-like settings. Players can now specificy logos and banners.

Also included in the update are several gameplay fixes, such as ban phases and class abilities. The full list of corrections and updates can be viewed here.
