Netflix and Marvel announced that Daredevil season three is on the way during a panel at San Diego Comic-Con today. The superhero series' third outing is "coming soon," as revealed in the short clip above.
Daredevil stars a blind superheroic fighter based out of Hell's Kitchen in New York City. The first season premiered in 2015 to critical acclaim. Season two debuted this past March, introducing the Punisher, who will soon star in his own show.
There's more for Daredevil planned, however. Marvel's upcoming series The Defenders will have him team up with Jessica Jones, star of her own Netflix show, along with Luke Cage and Iron Fist. The latter two will also star in shows on the streaming platform, and Luke Cage got a new trailer during the same Comic-Con panel where Daredevil's third season was confirmed.
Luke Cage is the next Marvel show to make its debut. Its first season hits Netflix on Sept. 30.
