god i never know how to write these
uhhh do i talk about what games i play
im a freshman college student so i dont really have the time or the money for big budget releases, and also i lack a 360, ps3, or strong enough computer to play the big budgets
this means that i stick to what i can get for $20 or less on the ps2, wii, or steam
so normally im playing either old games or independent release games
standout games for me this year: antichamber
currently playing: alan wake, persona 4, grand theft auto: san andreas, half life 2: episode 1, fallout: new vegas, jet set radio, saints row 2, super meat boy, metal gear solid 2,
im very friendly and shit idk
but if they ignore him
we dont talk about that
well, in fairness, it was the best i could come up with at the time and also i hadnt looked at other reviews, so i was underinformed…but the onis is on me, yes. my bad!
my computer isnt great and i made the mistake of purchasing games LAST summer sale that were too high performance for me to have fun with (L.A. Noire, Saint’s Row 3, Alan Wake (to an extent)) so ill be looking to get some indie-er games or at least ones i know i can run. id be willing to bet that monaco will be on sale at some point and thats at the top of my list, and ill probably snag runner 2, don’t starve, and sonic generations if any of them get cheap
so, question – ive never played an animal crossing game before. would it be advisable for this to be my first one, or should i check out one of the earlier releases?
i havent been following this game too closely but ive really been thinking that they would have to have a stone cold stunner right out the gate in order to live up to the massive hype that this has been generating, and based on what im seeing, they dont have that. kinda feels a bit like the original dead island but without as much of a letdown
