I am currently sporting my UFGT 8 “Team Kick” Divekick T-shirt. I cannot wait for this to drop.

So far, all we have is a live action trailer that cribs everything in it from Silent Hill. Seriously; go watch the trailers for Silent Hill 2 and 3, then watch the Evil Within trailer. It’s eerily similar. It’s not a judgment on the game, because no one knows what that looks like yet.

It’s possible that the game itself is great, but that trailer? It looks and sounds like a bootleg Silent Hill. Rusty hospital hallways, overturned gurneys and wheelchairs, Jacob’s Ladder-style vibrating heads on the monsters, industrial, static-laden sound design… There was even a big ’Ol Pyramid Head analogue in there.

I need to see game play before really forming an opinion, but as a reveal, they couldn’t have been more lackluster.
