1 replyI know Kinect makes, “You the controller” but I’m really relieved that there’s no motion-anything integrated onto the controller. Nothing against the PS4 controller or Wii U stuff. I just… it’s just a controller and I’m okay with that.

If I’m not mistaken, it’s at 100.

Assuming, of course, I had that many friends to begin with.

1 replyBut you’re from the future. The Xbox Reveal already happened.
Comment
1 replyI’m sure that’s expected. Kind of like Sony with Killzone and Nintendo with Mario.

2 repliesI’m sure Microsoft will have something up their sleeves. I just really, really hope that their reveal isn’t just about being the center of the living room though I know it will be. I’m glad that my 360 can do all sorts of things but at the end of the day, I want to play games on it most.

I’m terrible at racing games but my limited time with past Forza games have been enjoyable versus the typical, “Oh God, why?” experiences I’ve had.

I think there’s a joke here somewhere but I think everyone above my comment pretty much took care of it and then some. Team effort, I like that.

2 repliesI’m having a good time with it. I just got to the part where the guy comes around the corner and he tries to shoot you. :x
Haha I’m not too far in. Just did all the wacky helicopter stuff and saved the sister-chick. I forget her name. The one with the face. You know! You knoooooooow. I did make the connection with the filters and MP always being drunk or under some sort of drug influence but I find it to be pretty…intense. I guess it doesn’t help that video games seem to bother my eyes quickly. I think I’m forgetting to blink. :|

But seriously, I’m excited to see what this game has to offer.

1 replyBut I don’t play multiplayer. :x

1 replyReally? I’m having a wonderful time with it. I like that it has weight behind everything.

2 repliesI’m doing almost the opposite. I want to limit myself in how much I absorb before I actually play it because I want a lot of what I experience to be a surprise. I watched this dev diary because I figured, “Why not?” and now I know there’s a crafting system and it’s live. That’s neat….also some UI things as well. I’ve only played the first Uncharted game…haven’t played the others but I will be playing TLOU. Ahhh, can’t wait!

2 repliesGood Monday morning/afternoon/evening everyone. :]
I haven’t been able to play a lot of games lately but I have been able to play some Max Payne 3. It’s pretty fun and Max’s commentary is really… different but in a good way. The gunplay and slowmo are pretty fun as well. It’s all like, whoosh and bam bam bam and then that one guy is like, “Oh, hey Max, long time no se-” and he gets his face shot off like in that movie, face off.
My only complaint is those god awful cutscene filters. My eyes weep every time they start.

1 replyMy excitement for this game is beyond comprehension. If it’s half as good as I believe it’ll be, I’ll be happy.

And it just wasn’t all that fun to me. I dunno. I played it and it didn’t click…then not too long after I was playing MK N64 and had a blast.
Comment
1 replyI’ll have to make an effort to play it if I ever come across it then! :)

3 repliesI’ve played all of those except Double Dash, actually. The Wii Mario Kart just didn’t click with me like the N64 did.

1 replyNo sir, sure haven’t. I don’t own a DS to play it.

It can? I guess that makes sense considering how much better 2.0 is from the current one out at retail. I imagine that, as of this moment, Kinect 1.0 sales have stopped.
