It’s really pathetic and sad that Nintendo has to issue a message to Wii owners to clarify that the Wii U is not an add on for the Wii but that it’s an entirely new console – http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/01/wii-direct-marketing-wiiu/

This really frustrates me.

I don’t like Satoru Iwata, I feel like he is responsible for Nintendo leaning more to casual gamers than it ever has once the Wii came out.

I also feel like he is responsible for the shitty messaging Nintendo is doing with the Wii U, confusing the shit out of customers, making them wonder if the U is just an expensive add on or an entirely new console.

Cool.

However I feel that console launches aren’t exciting as they used to be, or maybe it’s just me getting older and caring more about more important things in life like working to make an income and going to College.

Still exciting nonetheless.
