do we really need 4 gb for communication? can we not just have 7gb for games and 1 for messages and chat. Who the F is skyping while playing a game? that’s incredibly rude to the person talking to you on the other end. Why does anyone have to have netflix and IE open while gaming?

Good luck in your quest but realize that other people make violent video games because that’s what they enjoy doing and they are proud to tell their family and friends about it.

Also, companies create sequels and rehashes because that’s a good way to keep people employed. Once the assets are made, it’s best to use to them and perfect them and get the most use out of them.

Imagine if Ubisoft stopped after Assassins Creed 1, we would have never seen AC2 or Brotherhood, both of which were awesome games. Imagine no mass effect 2 or bioshock infinite, or dead space 2, or uncharted 2, or this new tomb raider.

Does this dude have the money to keep paying concept artists and writers to create brand new ideas every time around?

Pupeteer, Until Dawn, Rain… but the one that will be bigger than The Last of Us is Gran Turismo 6.

but there are also the other multiplat games like GTA5, Destiny, Diablo 3, MGS5, BF4, CoD, AC4. Those are going to be huge. They might not be exclusive but they’ll be big sellers

I work in a profession that is split right down the middle between men and women. Graphic design. Perhaps it’s even more dominated by women..

However, it’s a skill that is slowly merging with back-end web design and digital/interactive design. Once you search for anybody that knows anything about back-end design and how things work. It immediately becomes apparent that most of the people are male. Why is that? How is it that there are so many incredible female graphic designers and yet when it comes to making things for the web so few of them cross over into web design

There is no one to blame for not getting people interested. It’s a skill that is there for anyone to learn, and yet it is men who are mostly going that extra step to learn back-end design as well as front-end design.

Plumbing is a male dominated occupation, does that mean women are not interested in running water or gas?
