There is, You’ll get used to it but if you switch from an amp to rocksmith it is very jarring for a few minutes. At least it was for me. If I went from Rocksmith to an amp it was less of an issue but there is a difference and with the faster songs it got very annoying.

My biggest issue was the limited practice mode as you described and there not being an easy way to see how to count/see the timing of certain parts. You would have to guess at it :(

Reading the section about the multiplayer focus thing. Why is it even a concern. This is the same as buying a MMO and then complain about there not being anything to do without an internet connection.

The shenanigans with Diablo 3 was that it doesn’t have to be online because its SP. This title is MP so that doesn’t apply as much. Same with SimCity 6. What could be an issue is the server overload.
Also the Xbox one constant internet requirement isn’t an issue for this game. So basically you can skip 90% of that paragraph because it doesn’t make any sense.

Yes it says so, but I think you won’t see graphically intensive games running in 4K. The current hardware is just powerful enough to run games in 1080p/60frames. To even try getting 4K/30fps without sacrificing a lot in the graphical department is nigh impossible.

To do it on pc you already need 2 Nvidia Titans to do the job. (for gaming)
