IRC, Respawn used some lower quality assets in the beta to keep the download small.
I think it speaks to the reliability of Xbox Live vs PSN. When PSN has issues, thats not news, when Xbox Live has issues, thats unusual, and therefor newsworthy.
Interestingly, my home modem was acting up, causing me to constantly get signed in and out all night.
This is the first I heard of it, never had an issue. shrug
There’s a few hundred years between them, right? :)
Heck, could be the same universe.
Mea Culpa, I know that, I mis-typed.
Great read, but its Night Rider, not Knight Ryder. :)
The lower player count means you’re always important to the team.
This. Having been playing BF4 a lot, in the TF beta, I REALLY felt that difference.
cool cool cool.
Yeah, WAY better :)
I guarantee companies in the 90’s would have done the same if they could get the usage data companies can get now.
How would they have announced them exactly? For many, it was announced on the box of the retail copy at launch, so… same difference.
Needs an Apple logo.
Did you not purchase expansion packs for games in the 90’s? Wing Commander? Ultima? DLC isnt a new idea, its just no longer something you have to get in a store.
Hah. Get over it. Not see the forest for the trees dude.
There is no ME4. technically.
Why not develop both? Or farm out the remastering.
Wouldn’t mind if they tweaked the games a little towards how ME3 plays, ME1/2 had some pretty frustrating things in the combat/gear systems…
Still waiting for Next Gen version :/
“Your brain’s eye”
It ads a modicum of order as well… When EVERYONES a player (like in BF4), it tends to be pretty chaotic with 32 of you all more or less doing your own thing, with these bots thrown in, they are covering each other, pulling each other out of the line of fire, etc.
Makes it feel like theres a MILITARY in the world, really cool.
