Don’t worry, soon you will be able to get it for FREEEEEEEEEEEE!***********
so long as you check in every 5 minutes, tap the screen a few times, and buy those galactic coins with real money.
technically the article said it ‘could have saved a life or solved a murder’ as in… if the camera caught a police officer shooting without cause.
True that. As much fun as it would not be to have my days recorded, I can’t imagine anything but positive results coming from having camera’s recording all interactions cops have with the public.
Care to elaborate? How is this site raising awareness by relating it to something their readers can digest shameless? Pretty sure there are more than a few people who read gaming sites on the regular that could use a small dose of reality now and then.
I really want to say this tech needs to be deployed and fast but if I slow down and think what it would be like to have a camera trained over my shoulder all day at work… I can see why cops would be hesitant to be down with the concept. Still, I have a brother who is a state trooper and he’s talked about being behind these camera’s before. They already have a camera and voice recorder that starts every time they get out of the car but those only hear what the trooper says usually and records the back of a car (kind of useless).
What makes you think that a professional event like TI4 played copy-written material over their cast? I guess I didn’t watch the whole thing but surely Valve was smarter than that…
They can still do this… just have to know that only the live stream will have the audio. Too bad there the tracks can’t be separate so their voice wouldn’t get muted as well.
I imagine I will never watch even a minute of this stream but I absolutely look forward to hearing if the fish lives long enough to beat this game.
