I think it really depends on what you are looking for, something with great audio output, comfort, something that has a microphone?
Where was a wonderful thread a few weeks ago about audiophile headphone recommendations.
My personal preference are the Sony MDR 7506s, they sound great, and they’re very comfortable if you plan on wearing them for longer gaming sessions. I’ve tried them with the PS4 controller, and it was really easy to switch all audio to go to the controller. One thing I did notice is that it took a bit of force to plug the headphones in, which I wasn’t expecting, but is nice from a connection standpoint.
Oh man this is great! I haven’t downloaded Sound Shapes to my PS4 yet, and this is a perfect excuse. Now they just need to get Beck to release some more levels.
Hey! That’s me!
I’m glad it worked, I was testing it out by showing a friend of mine one of the Killzone levels that I think would make a great space-horror themed game. We noticed that the whole stream lags about 5-6 seconds behind real-time, but that would only be an issue/noticeable if you using a mic outside of Twitch, which were were.
