Gradius, 3DS hits come to Nintendo eShop today

Konami's side-scrolling shooter Gradius along with several popular 3DS hits have arrived in the Nintendo eSHop, Nintendo announced today.

Gradius was first published in 1985 for arcades and home computers, with ports spanning various platforms, including its inclusion in the Gradius Collection in 2006 for PlayStation Portable and on Wii Virtual Console in 2008.

Also hitting the eShop today are digital re-releases of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, Mario Kart 7, Star Fox 64 3D, and Super Mario 3D Land, as well Sparkle Snapshots 3D, a program that allows players to personalize 2D photos taken with the 3DS camera.

3DS owners can also download Moshi Monsters Moshlings Theme Park, Puzzler World XL, and a new Halloween-themed Nintendo Video, "Dinosaur Office: Halloween Spooktacular."
