Sleeping Dogs' Nightmare in North Point DLC trailer and screens light up undead creatures

Sleeping Dogs' Halloween-themed Nightmare in North Point add-on is coming later this month, and publisher Square Enix released images and a teaser trailer today to show off the content.

The trailer, which co-developers United Front Games and Square Enix London Studios showed during a New York Comic Con panel last weekend, features the visual trappings of a '70s or '80s B-movie. Indeed, the panelists mentioned Big Trouble in Little China as an influence for the Nightmare in North Point DLC, which comes off as having a much more campy vibe than the main Sleeping Dogs experience itself.

Nightmare in North Point is set for release on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on Oct. 30. Square Enix has not yet announced a price for the add-on.
