Primal Carnage set for Oct. 29 release

New, 2 comments

Primal Carnage, the class-based multiplayer online shooter that pits humans against dinosaurs, is set for an Oct. 29, 2012 release, according to a joint press release from Lukewarm Media, the game's developer, and Reverb Publishing.

The Unreal Engine-based game includes 10 classes — five each for dinosaurs and humans — and pits them against each other in five environments. In Primal Carnage, humans have the advantage of weapons in battle, while dinosaurs have the advantage of being, well, giant and powerful dinosaurs.

Primal Carnage is available for pre-order on the game's official website, Steam, GameStop, and other outlets, and pre-orders grant players instant access to the beta.
