Guardians of Middle-earth enlists two more Tolkien warriors: Ori and Agandaur

Monolith's multiplayer online battle arena game set in the Lord of the Rings universe welcomes two new guardians: Ori the dwarf, whose pen is as mighty as a sword, and Aganduar, Sauron's top lieutenant. The latest battle report from Guardians of Middle-earth shows these two new additions in action.

Ori falls into the Enchanter class in Guardians of Middle-earth, attacking with magic tomes, quills and spells. Aganduar, also an Enchanter, deals in dark sorcery and lightning-based attacks. Both appear to be tailored toward more experienced players looking for late game power.

Guardians of Middle-earth will be released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this December as a downloadable game and at "select retail stores."
