Kung Fu Superstar, the martial arts simulator headed by former Fable developer Kostas Zarifis, will include support for Oculus Rift virtual reality headsets, the studio announced on their Kickstarter for the upcoming title.
Zarifis and his team released a video describing how their game will work with Oculus Rift, offering a look at gameplay from the title using the headset. The video also offers a look at how Kung Fu Superstar can be controlled by both an Xbox 360 controller and Kinect.
Kung Fu Superstar has raised 19,750 English pounds, or roughly $31,000. It has 21 days to reach its goal of 200,000 English pounds. Zarifis expressed disappointment at the game's current funding situation in a recent update, stating: "It's no secret that the campaign hasn't been going as spectacularly well as we'd been hoping and its trend rate currently is dangerously low.
"We need a radical change to occur to get things back on track and we're hoping this new video will trigger that change."
Kung Fu Superstar hit Kickstarter in late October after Zarifis first pitched the game to studio executives at Lionhead Studio.
