Trine 2: Director's cut is a Wii U launch title, comes with exclusive level

Trine 2 developer Frozenbyte announced today that the game's Director's Cut is a launch title for the Wii U and is currently available on the Wii U's eShop in North America.

The side-scrolling action puzzle game is priced at $19.99 and contains all 20 levels (including the new Goblin Menace expansion) and the Dwarven Caverns level, which is exclusive to the Wii U.

The game size comes in at 2 GB and is currently available on the Nintendo eShop in North America. Frozenbyte says that Trine 2: Director's Cut will also be a day one launch with the Wii U in Europe. The game is expected to be available when the console launches on Nov. 30.
