The MAG 2 Gun Controller, a gun-shaped controller designed for first-person shooters, will be available in North America on Nov. 13, according to a press release from All Interactive Entertainment.
Unlike light guns, the wireless controller uses motion sensing and gyroscopic instruments to calibrate movement in real time using three sensitivity settings. The MAG 2 Gun Controller, which is not affiliated with the PlayStation 3 game MAG, also features updatable firmware that can add new capabilities via its Function dial. You can pre-order the $149.99 controller at Amazon, which says the controller will be available Nov. 5, and Gamestop, which lists a Nov. 6 release date.
