Aliens: Colonial Marines developer Gearbox Software has announced a new mode, the cooperative Survivor mode, in a trailer released today.
It's a "Horde"-style mode in which four Marines team up to see how long they can stay alive against waves of Xenomorphs. Special weapons like sentries and flamethrowers will help the survival effort, but there isn't much hope left when only one Marine is left standing.
Aliens: Colonial Marines is set for release on Feb. 12, 2013, on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It will also be available on Wii U, but a release date for that version has not yet been announced.
