PlayStation Plus membership, which became available for the Vita Nov. 19, grants access to the Instant Game Collection for both PlayStation 3 and Vita; the collection includes Uncharted: Golden Abyss and WipEout 2048. A PlayStation Plus membership for three months runs for $17.99, while a year's subscription is $49.99.
