Major League Gaming is hosting a League of Legends Championship series online qualifying tournament for its third season, and those interested in competing can now register online.
MLG will accept 32 teams starting from today. These teams must be from North America and not have attended the 2012 North American regional qualifiers. Registration will close on Sunday, Dec. 2 at 5 p.m. ET and the 32 selected teams will then compete against each other. The top two teams will receive an all-expenses paid trip to compete live at Riot Games' Season 3 Qualifier in Los Angeles in January 2013.
The online qualifying tournament will be streamed online from Thursday, Dec. 6 at 8 p.m. ET with commentary from Tom "Optimus Tom" Searfoss. The full tournament schedule can be viewed here.
Registrations are now open for those who want to compete.
