Rune Factory 4 publisher hints at localization

Xseed Games helped localize Japanese-released The Last Story in North America

A Rune Factory 4 localization could be on the horizon, according to a Facebook post from publisher Xseed Games.

When asked about the possibility of localizing Rune Factory 4, Xseed Games replied, "Hmm, we've had an itch to work on another Rune Factory game since we loved Frontier so much, so let's see if we can't grab a back scratcher somehow..."

Xseed Games, along with Nintendo, helped localize Japanese-released The Last Story in North America this past summer. Also under its belt is another Rune Factory title, Frontier, which saw a North American release in 2009.

Rune Factory 4 is a role-playing sim developed by Neverland Co. for the Nintendo 3DS. The game released earlier this year in July.
