Europe rumored to get exclusive Devil May Cry 'Son of Sparda Edition'

A photo of what appears to be a special Devil May Cry "Son of Sparda Edition" has been posted on All Games Beta under a headline claiming it will be released in Europe.

The image, which includes Capcom's brand in the corner, features the game, special case and bonus necklace. The inclusion of the Samurai Pack on the image also suggests it could be a GameStop exclusive; the Samurai Pack is one of three retailer-exclusive offers for those who pre-order the game.

Devil May Cry is currently slated for a release on Jan. 15, 2013. The game is set in a parallel universe of the Devil May Cry series, where an alternate version of Dante lives in the demon-infested Limbo City.
