PlayStation Plus subscribers will receive a free copy of Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition with today's update to the premium club, alongside discounts for the downloadable version of Portal 2 and its motion control-based expansion, In Motion.
A post on PlayStation Blog breaks down the details of tomorrow's update to PlayStation Plus, which adds Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition (an expanded version of the original with new campaign chapters) to subscriber's Instant Game Collections. Portal 2, which launches on the PlayStation Store, is available for Plus members for $13.99, a 30 percent discount from the game's standard price. In addition, Portal 2 In Motion, which adds PlayStation Move control support and a whole slew of new mechanics to the core game, is also available at a discounted price of $6.99.
