Gears of War: Judgment pre-orders kick off today with exclusive multiplayer weapon

Gears of War: Judgment pre-orders begin today with an exclusive in-game weapon from participating retailers, Xbox's Larry Hryb announced today on the Major Nelson blog.

Players who pre-order Judgment will get the Classic Hammerburst assault rifle for use in the game's multiplayer modes. The Hammerburst was previously available in the first Gears of War as a weapon made by the enemy Locust Army.

Hryb also noted that more pre-order incentives will be revealed in coming weeks, and will include multiplayer character skins for the game's main protagonists.
