World of Tanks' next update will bring Chinese tanks into the free-to-play MMO, PC Gamer reports.
Chinese military engineers borrowed ideas from from British, French and Soviet tanks in order to design their vehicles, so the 17-tank Chinese tech tree includes some foreign imports, as well as a few Chinese-made tanks such as the Type 59 and Type 62.
World of Tanks developer Wargaming.net has not announced a release date for the Chinese tank content. The previous update, version 8.1, brought British vehicles into the game when it launched earlier this month.
