Guild Wars 2 players can invite up to three friends to join them in game for a free weekend trial starting Nov. 15 and ending Nov. 18, ArenaNet announced.
Beginning Nov. 12, the studio will turn on the Refer-a-Friend Free Trial for players to send out invitations. Those intending to send out invitations must have a Guild Wars 2 account created prior to Nov. 6, 11:59 p.m. PST. Accounts must be in good standing.
This free trial coincides with the anticipated Lost Shores event, described as a "massive one-time world event that will change" the game's universe permanently. The Lost Shores event is scheduled to begin Nov. 16 and will run until Nov. 18.
