A demo for Disney Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion is now available on the 3DS eShop, publisher Disney Interactive announced today.
The demo takes players through the West Wing of the Castle of Illusion and then introduces beloved Disney characters such as Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, before transitioning to the Jolly Roger pirate ship and Captain Hook.
Power of Illusion is being developed by Monster Tale studio DreamRift, along with Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two developer Junction Point. DreamRift's founders were the creative leads on Henry Hatsworth in the Puzzling Adventure. The 2D side-scrolling platformer takes after Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse, the venerated Sega Genesis classic — the two games share the same villain, Mizrabel.
Disney Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion launches on Nov. 18, exclusively on Nintendo 3DS, alongside Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two, which will be available on Wii, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii U.
