Metro: Last Light pits you against the elements in a post-apocalyptic Russian society living underground, and those elements include terrifying beasts that ravage the remnants of humanity, as seen in the first gameplay trailer released by publisher THQ today.
The trailer's narration takes a biblical view of creation, as laid out in the book of Genesis — but when it comes to the end of this world, man initiated the apocalypse.
Metro: Last Light, developed by 4A Games, is set for release on Windows PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in March 2013. To prepare fans for the game, THQ is currently giving away PC copies of its predecessor, Metro 2033, through Facebook.
