Awesomenauts developer Ronimo Games chose today, Dec. 12, 2012, to reveal the MOBA's 12th character: the fearsome tandem of Vinnie and Spike.
While Awesomenauts has an '80s pop aesthetic, Vinnie is a gangster straight out of the Roaring Twenties whose voice was provided by YouTube commentator TotalBiscuit. Vinnie rides Spike, a pufferfish that uses its fins to float upward. Spike can also drop smoke bombs to confuse enemies.
According to Ronimo, Vinnie and Spike will be available next week. In the meantime, you can check out a trailer starring the new duo above.
