PlayStation Play Days promotion cuts prices on controllers, headsets, more

The "PlayStation Play Days" promotion is back with discounts on PlayStation-branded accessories such as controllers and headsets, Sony announced today.

The discounts of up to 60 percent run from Dec. 16 through Jan. 12, and are valid at the following physical and digital retailers: Amazon, Best Buy, Fred Meyer, Fry's, GameStop, Hastings Entertainment, Ingram Entertainment, Kmart, Mecca Electronics, Meijer, Nebraska Furniture Mart, Pioneer Distributors, Shopko, Solutions 2 Go, Sony Retail Stores, Synnex, Target, Transworld Music (fye, Coconuts) and Walmart.

Starting on Monday, Dec. 17, Sony will also drop the prices on Sports Champions 2 and Wonderbook: Book of Spells to $29.99, and on the Wonderbook bundle to $59.99. The following day, a bundle featuring Sports Champions 2 and Medieval Moves: Deadmund's Quest will become available on the PlayStation Store for $29.99.
