Anomaly Warzone Earth free for PS Plus members, 50 percent off select Sega titles

Sony has added 11 bit studios' top-down RTS Anomaly Warzone Earth to the PlayStation Plus Instant Game Collection, the company announced on the PlayStation Blog today.

Anomaly Warzone Earth for PlayStation 3 is a reverse take on the tower defense genre, in which players stay on the offense and launch their attacks against enemy bases. Players must save a not-so-distant-future Earth from alien invasion. These aliens have taken control of major cities and built turrets of mass destruction. Players build up an army of soldiers to send against these turrets and take them down.
