A new trailer for Gearbox Software's Aliens: Colonial Marines was released today, comparing film concept art and in-game screenshots of Hadley's Hope, the center of action for James Cameron's first Aliens film.
The story for Colonial Marines begins seventeen weeks after the events of the movie, on the Hadley's Hope colony on planet LV-426. In the video posted above, Gearbox shows how the development team strove to build the area identical to its original incarnation, faithfully recreating the game world for players to explore.
Aliens: Colonial Marines is coming to PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC on Feb. 12.
