Far Cry 3 gets hefty discount on the EU PlayStation Store until midnight

Sony ends its "12 Deals of Christmas" sale today with a discount on Far Cry 3 for European PlayStation 3 owners.

The recently released title was previously available for 59.99 British pounds on the PlayStation Store; However, European users can now purchase the game for 24.99 British pounds.

This offer expires later today, on Dec. 24 at 11:59 p.m. GMT. Far Cry 3 joins a list of eleven previous deals offered by the European PlayStation Network in the lead-up to Christmas. Other titles include Battlefield 3, Sleeping Dogs, and a bundle featuring The Unfinished Swan and Journey.

Far Cry 3 received a 9 out of 10 score from Polygon, in a review that states: "Ubisoft has created a mechanically ambitious, exciting game."
