The English open beta for Ragnarok Online 2: Legend of the Second begins Dec. 27, developer Gravity Corp. announced.
While the launch date of the Korean MMO is now public, the server opening time for the game will be revealed next week, according to an FAQ on the official Facebook page for game portal PlayPark. Users can head to PlayPark to download the game and register for a free PlayID, or alternatively log into the game during open beta next week using their Facebook account information.
Gravity Corp. has yet to announce when a North American or European version of Ragnarok Online 2 will release. For now PlayPark servers are only located in South East Asia.
Ragnarok Online 2: Legend of the Second is the "remake" of MMO Ragnarok Online 2: The Gate of the World. In 2010, Gravity Corp. announced it would scrap the latter game and develop the new version in its stead.
