Civilization 5 downloadable versions and expansions on sale at Amazon

Downloadable versions of Civilization 5 for PC and Mac along with two of the game's expansions are on sale at Amazon, publisher 2K Games announced today via Twitter.

Buyers can grab 2010's Civilization 5 for PC for $9.99 instead of the usual cost of $29.99, while the downloadable Mac version is on sale for $14.99. The Civilization 5 Game of the Year Edition is also on sale for $12.49 on PC, although the Mac version is still fully priced at $49.99.

Two expansions for PC are on sale as well: Gods and Kings expansion pack is available for $9.99, and online codes for the Korea and Ancient World Combo Pack expansion are available for only $1.87.

Civilization 4: The Complete Edition for PC is also included in the sale, and is going today for $9.99.
