The newest trailer for the South Park: The Stick of Truth, which premiered during the VGAs tonight, revealed the game's running story.
After the Stick of Truth, the reason why "humans and elves are locked in a never ending war" is stolen by elves, Grand Wizard Cartman, Warrior Stan, Paladin Butters, Princess Kenny and High Jew Elf Kyle must journey to get it back.
South Park: The Stick of Truth is a role-playing game being developed by Obsidian Entertainment and published by THQ; Matt Stone and Trey Parker are writing the script. The game is slated for launch on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows in 2013.
