Noble Nutlings released on iOS by former Angry Birds devs at Boomlagoon

Noble Nutlings, the debut mobile game from Finnish studio Boomlagoon, launched today on iOS.

The free-to-play side-scroller sees players control a cart full of the titular squirrels through hilly levels that are timed. Physics plays into the equation, as dynamite can send a cart flying in the right or wrong ways. Players can tilt their iOS devices or use virtual buttons to direct the wooden vehicle, which can be upgraded with elements like bowling balls or fruit for new wheels.

Helsinki-based Boomlagoon was founded in April 2012 by three ex-Rovio developers.

You can watch the launch trailer above and download the iOS universal app in the App Store.
