Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate will receive a day one update that adds USB keyboard support when the game comes to Wii U in North America, according to Capcom.
Capcom senior vice president Christian Svensson wrote on the Capcom Unity forums that the day one update will "add functionality to support USB keyboards for chat." Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate will also feature a software keyboard accessible from the Wii U GamePad "and other features we'll talk about later," Svensson wrote.
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is bound for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS in March.
