Tetris is making the jump from the virtual world to the physical with two upcoming games, Tetris Bop It and Tetris Jenga, scheduled for worldwide release later this year, Hasbro and The Tetris Company announced today.

"We're looking forward to offering consumers innovative face-to-face gaming experiences that let them stack and match the Tetris shapes like never before," said Jonathan Berkowitz, Hasbro Gaming's vice president of marketing, in a press release announcing the products.

Tetris Bop It will ask players to match Tetris-block-shaped lights as it gradually ramps up the speed at which the commands come. Tetris Jenga is Jenga with a Tetris twist, as you may have guessed: This edition of the classic block-stacking game features blocks shaped like Tetris tetrominoes.

Tetris Jenga is set for release in August, while Tetris Bop It is scheduled to be available this fall.
