Dota 2's latest update includes a new mode called "Least Played," which only allows players to select from their least used heroes of the 96 available, the Dota 2 team announced via the game's website.
"Having an even playing field for everyone in the match will hopefully encourage players to break out of their comfort zone and try new heroes," the post reads.
Update changes also include improvements to the Shared Content panel to allow players easier browsing, as well as general gameplay and interface tweaks.
Dota 2 is currently in beta with more than 3 million players. The game is expected to launch for Windows and Mac via Steam. Read the full list of updates here.
