God of War: Ascension owners will get access to The Last of Us demo

Players who purchase a copy of God of War: Ascension will get access to the demo for The Last of Us when it becomes available, PlayStation Blog announced today.

Every copy of Ascension, which will be released March 12, will include admission to a chapter in The Last of Us. Players need only load the God of War disc to access the demo listing from the main menu. The demo for The Last of Us will not be available right when God of War: Ascension launches; PlayStation Blog states that it will come online "at a later date."

The Last of Us follows survivors Joel and Ellie 20 years after a pandemic has all but wiped out humanity. The game is currently slated for release May 7.
