Anyone who purchases a one-year subscription to PlayStation Plus through the PS3 or PS Vita will get an additional three month membership for free, PlayStation Blog announced today.
The one-year pass can be purchased and redeemed through the PlayStation Store for either console for $49.99, and will automatically add the three-month subscription following the purchase. Anyone with an already-active subscription can purchase an additional year (attached to the end of their current subscription plan), and get the bonus three months as well. Furthermore, anyone who uses the one-year PlayStation Plus voucher included in the recently revealed Instant Game Collection PS3 bundle will get the extra three months, as well.
The promotion will be available to anyone who purchases a one-year subscription by March 4, 2013.
