TiVo integration with the Wii U will be delayed beyond January, a Nintendo spokesperson told Polygon.
The service, which allows users to record TV shows and play them back later, was originally set to be integrated with the Wii U in January 2013, with Nintendo of America's director of network business, Zach Fountain saying in a "Reggie Asks" interview that "TiVo will be coming on board in January."
Today Polygon contacted Nintendo to find out if the service will be available on the Wii U by the end of January, to which a Nintendo spokesperson said: "Further integration with Netflix subscriptions and TiVo are expected in early 2013 in the United States." The spokesperson also confirmed that the service will not be available on the Wii U this month.
