Ubisoft has acquired mobile and tablet free-to-play company Future Games of London.
Ubisoft buys Hungry Shark developer Future Games of London

Established in 2009, FGOL now has 41 employees and has notched up more than 100 million downloads with hits like Hungry Shark, in which a shark eats as much as it can before running out of energy, while avoiding poisonous creatures.
“With this deal, we’re biting off an even bigger part of the market for mobile and tablet games,” said Jean-Michel Detoc, managing director of Ubisoft’s mobile business. “Future Games of London brings a popular and profitable franchise to Ubisoft’s portfolio.”
