See the Friends app on Xbox One in action

Your Xbox Live friends list on will live inside its own app on Xbox One, simply called Friends, and Microsoft's Major Nelson demonstrated the features of the app in a walkthrough video released today.

Major Nelson showed off features including the profile page; the friends list itself, which allows you to "favorite" users; one-way "following" of users; and the activity feed, which gives you a Twitter-like up-to-the-minute list of what your Xbox Live friends are doing. The activity feed can be used in Snap mode with a voice command.
