Nosgoth closed alpha kicks off in Scandinavia next week

The first round of invites for Nosgoth's alpha are in the mail, and players will be able to battle as early as next week, Psyonix and Square Enix announced today in a joint press release.

Invites will arrive for those who registered in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway and the Netherlands for the free-to-play online game set in the Legacy of Kain universe. Registration for Nosgoth's closed beta are open on the game's official website.

"It remains our ambition to make Nosgoth available to everyone who wants to play it as soon as possible, and we will be announcing when we allow more users into Nosgoth in due course," the joint press release reads.

Psyonix and Square Enix revealed the game earlier this year, and Nosgoth will pit humans against vampires in team-based multiplayer matches. Check out the debut trailer to see Nosgoth in action.
