Warface, the free-to-play shooter from Crytek, will go live Oct. 21, the studio announced today.

Crytek has been beta-testing the class-based first-person shooter since January, and opened up the pool of players for a "sneak peek" preview period in early October. Warface is already available in Russia, China and Korea, and Crytek is now launching it in North America, Europe and Turkey through its GFACE network.

You can watch the latest Warface trailer above. Crytek recently came under fire for designing sexualized female avatars for the game. For more details on the shooter, check out our interview from PAX Prime 2013.
