One of the most defining parts of any MMORPG is the options it gives you in creating the character you'll be playing for hours to come; a new trailer shows how character creation works in The Elder Scrolls Online.
In the trailer, the game's art director Jared Carr discusses the team's design philosophy in building its character creator. Elder Scrolls games are known for giving players many choices in customizing their characters, says Carr, "so it had to be a thorough system with lots of customization options."
Aside from changing characters' race and height, you can also adjust sliders for their weight and build, whether chubby, muscular or skinny. Individual things can also be changed, like hand size and shoulder width.
The Elder Scrolls Online is set to launch in 2014 for Windows PC, Mac, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
