Tricks and treats coming to Terraria with a Pumpkin Moon

Terraria's Halloween event is now live with items, weapons and more and will run until Nov. 10, creator Redigit announced via the game's forums.

In addition to bug fixes, the update also adds pumpkin-themed tiles and walls; Halloween-themed pets, costumes and paintings; and costumed enemies.

“Most monsters in the world will now have a chance to drop Goodie Bags that are filled with fun surprises,” the post reads. “There is also now a Pumpkin Moon Event that can be triggered in hardmode that has increasingly difficult waves with better loot based on how long you last.”

Check out the full list of holiday changes on Terraria’s forums. Earlier this month, Redigit teased the Halloween-themed update, along with a few smaller changes.
